Julia Hannon
FC Fury is proud to announce Julia Hannon signing to the inaugural GU17 FC Fury 01/02 GDA team. Julia who is committed to Duke University says "FC Fury offers training that no other club in Long Island provides. The environment is competitive and pushes players to be the best they can be. FC Fury also has trainers that not only teach soccer skills, but how to take care of your body using GPS system and further learning about the game by watching game analysis." Hannon chose the Girls Development Academy for several reasons, but the most important one being, "Development". The professional environment that the DA provides allows players to reach their full potential and prepare for college." In addition to being committed to Duke, Hannon has also been involved in many National Training Centers, Player Development Program, and has been in many camps with the Youth National Team. "Jules is your prototype box to box midfielder with skill, talent, big engine, brains and a brilliant soccer mind. She has the knowledge, commitment and determination to force herself back into the national team limelight and the GDA will provide a superb vehicle to achieve that" said FC Fury Director of Personnel Izzy Cotto. When asked about what she is looking forward to most, her response was "going through the process and pushing myself day in and day out to reach my full potential and prepare for college soccer. I am excited to work with trainers and girls on the team in an environment that is similar to a professional team."

Victoris Minda
FC Fury is proud to announce Victoria "Tori" Minda signing to the inaugural GU17 FC Fury 01/02 GDA team. Victoria, a resident of Garden City, New York is the youngest of three daughters who have all played competitive soccer. From an early age Tori spent most of her time traveling with her sisters and developing a love for the game of soccer. After playing a year of travel soccer with her community club and losing every game to Fury, Tori decided to join the Fury Family and has never looked back. Since joining Fury she has had the opportunity to be trained by some of the top coaches in the country who have helped her grow and develop into a strong all around player. "Vicky has soft feet, great range of passing and a super high soccer IQ. Her ability one on one makes her a game changer and capable of breaking down any top defensive unit. It's fantastic to have her in the GDA program and understandably we expect her to further develop the finer points of her game." said FC Fury Director of Player Personnel Izzy Cotto. In 2016, Tori was selected as the ECNL Junior player of the year and in 2015, she received the Attacking Player of the Year Award. Tori also attended National Training Centers and was a member of the ODP Regional and Tournament teams. "I am very excited to be a part of the FC Fury Development Academy. Playing soccer on Long Island at a high level has been a challenge as I have had to participate on several select teams in order to continue developing as a soccer player. FC Fury allows me to be a member of the development academy where I can form strong partnerships with my teammates and coaches and challenge myself to be the best player that I can be". Tori has been a varsity starter since 8th grade and was a key player for Sacred Heart Academy in the Fall of 2016. Tori scored the winning penalty kick in the conference finals which gave Sacred Heart the Championship for the first time in 8 years. Sacred Heart went on to win the State Title and Tori was awarded the designation of "The Most Outstanding Player in the Post Season and State Tournament" .Tori excels off the field as well. She is an honor student at Sacred Heart Academy where she is enrolled in AP, honors, and accelerated classes. During the summer she volunteers at Camp Anchor, a day camp for children with special needs in Lido Beach, New York. "I look forward to being a member of the FC Fury as it will give me the right tools to succeed and develop to the best of my ability."
